Diamond Cut is performed using a diamond-tipped tool that removes an extremely thin layer of aluminum, creating a characteristic mirror-like finish. Each wheel is mounted on a dedicated CNC machine, scanned with a laser and machined according to the exact original contour.
After cutting, the wheel is coated with a clear powder lacquer that protects it from corrosion, salt and everyday wear.
